I needed a break...

Look at me... in the midst of a chaotic meal-prep. I live in my kitchen. I love my kitchen. I'm in my kitchen day-in and day-out. There are days I barely step outdoors. Sometimes I feel like I'm becoming a hermit. Sometimes... I just need to escape. And that's what I did yesterday.
I packed my camera, hopped in my car, and drove to the Marjorie McNeely Conservatory in St. Paul's Como Park. With three weeks of winter still ahead, the Conservatory is a nice reminder of what spring feels like.

If my kitchen was as beautiful as yours, I would live in it too.........
I am always in the kitchen or on my computer.
I need some fresh air! Seems like spring is so far away.

I thoroughly enjoyed all of your posts this week. I always save reading your blog for Friday as I look forward to being at home for the weekend.
When is your AAG show? We bought a home in Fairfax, and hope to be completely moved in by this summer.

Hi Margo -- It's nice to hear that you like my recent posts. And -- it's exciting to hear that you're moving back to Iowa! I'm sure your family is thrilled. My show in Amana is in September. Hope to see you while I'm back home for that.
