This is my favorite way to make (and eat) a turkey burger -- and it's healthy, loaded with shredded organic carrots.
(don't remember where I found this recipe)
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 2 pounds ground turkey
• 3/4 cup grated organic carrots
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
Combine all of the ingredients and shape into patties. Grill and enjoy!
